So a long time ago now when I saw Map Forge's Forums were going defunct (along with the site proper, IIRC) I did a grand sweep of the user submitted content, saving all of it (11 gigs in all).
I've been using the contents off and on, and I noticed a lot but seemingly not all of it came from things submitted here, so would it be worth me drop boxing my archive here?
Can I even legally do that? And if not here where would be a good place? I meant to do this for awhile, but life happens it slipped my mind.

A link to your dropbox would be cool, thanks.
As far as legal, I have no idea, but as their site is closed and this one is neglected I don't know who would complain.

Here you go!
There are more then a few doubles of certain assets, but I haven't had the time to go through them all and remove the extras, also sometimes they are slightly different, so better safe then sorry I have left them be.

Are you referring to the unofficial MapForge site/forum that Daniel Pryor had up for a few months, years ago?
I believe this will be the official MapForge forum, henceforth. But there's nothing posted there, yet.

As for the MapForge site proper, it never went away.

I was in fact. To be honest I didn't want one of a kind assets to vanish into the ether, so I took it upon myself to save them. I'd love to be able to post the archive somewhere with more visibility.

IIRC, Daniel's MapForge forums also used to host the CSUAC files. I'd like to host the CSUAC
baselines on my site, but all my attempts to contact Cecil Solomon to request permission to
host the files have gone unanswered. Does anyone here know how to contact him?
