Using a tile overlay made by Simon Lasone I created this set of Floor Tiles. They look great and I will probably make more in the near future.
This is a 4"x4" jpg demo of all the tiles.
The ZIP file contains all 16 5'x5' tiles.

Awesome. I love floor tiles. Can you upload the
template/overlay for me here and possibly the seamless
textures?

just so everyone knows that texture site allows for free
commercial use of their textures:

"You are allowed to use our photos for many kinds of
projects and even sell them in combination with 3D
models. However, you are not allowed to resell or give
away our photos as 'textures', texture packs, materials,
clipart or any other product that competes with our
website. Also, the usage rights for our special content
(3D Scans, PBR Materials, 3D Objects, etc) are much
stricter.

Please also read the FAQ which has many practical
examples. If you have questions you can always Contact
Us."

As far as the shadow template from Deviant Art, there's
nothing saying anything about it's use so for those
using it in commercial works.

It comes built into Windows. Select all the images in Explorer, right-
click one of them, select "Send to...", and then "Compressed Zip
File" (or something to that effect.
