These Tiles caught my eye:
Système DungeonZ! modulable - Les salles spéciales
Look down the left side to see more sections including...
Wilderness Tile Set (7x7). ...and scroll down). Streams, roads, bridges, etc., lots!

(Seems to means give credits but non-commercial).

There is some very nice artwork there, thanks PB. I recognized a lot of the objects they used, including a few of mine.

May be of interest. Includes village tile sets, cave sets, etc., in large numbers (in ZIPs). Provided in both gridded and non-gridded form.
