Hey!
The search function on the forums isn't working properly, I can search by "Topic Subject" but not "Message Body" every time I search using that I get the following timeout:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e31'
Timeout expired
/forums/search.asp, line 356
Any help much appreciated as its making finding materials quite difficult!

Hmm, I get the same message.
Will keep an eye on it and take action if it is still like this tonight (for me).

I guess the amount of posts have grown the database and some set timeout
is too short, or the database is slower than normal...

I wonder if the database is faster than normal (which would explain the new overall speed of the site) but that the Message Body field is not being indexed. Maybe the hosting provider moved the database to a new server or something, and did not set up indexing for that field. Or maybe it's not set up in the code. I'm really not all that familiar with how indexing works in MS-SQL and/or ASP.

OK, search in body fails, first time, so when you get that error, click on the
"Search Result" link and Voilá, there it is ;-)

Every time I try to upload an image I get the following error.....
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/forums/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 108
800401f3
Is this just an effect of the "great firewall of China" or are other people also having issues?.
Me want post some thing

I get that for everything I do,
If I am just posting text like this, I get the error message but the post still goes thru ok.
However when I try to upload anything with the post, the error message prevents the "Image Upload" function from working. I can still post, but I can't upload.
It seems a few people are getting maps and objects uploaded, but I think a lot of people can't.

And I thought it was just due to being in China atm - no facebook etc, can't even get through to Graytales site.
Would the powers that be look into this please (current power that be is Kepli me thinks)

Had this popup when I was trying to search for some images. Has this been an ongoing problem since March?

Search worked ok for me. I have not noticed any problems with it recently. Uploading, now that's a problem!
