I call this place Jeel, but you could call it anything you like.
This is the High Street. The empty oval room in the top-left is an empty dome - it could be an unfinished building, or it could be a place for battle droids to enter from when and if the players piss off the locals. In the top-left is a greasy spoon restaraunt type with a bedroom and refresher in the back - for the owner's use.
South of that is a bank, with a bank vault, and an in-house floor-mounted twin-linked blaster turret. For added spice, add a few Droidekas and Battle Droids as security.
South of that is a Coffin Hotel - a fistful of credits gets you a little 'room' the size of a coffin to sleep in for a night. It's not staffed, it just has a few vending machines.
And south of that is a mercenary outfitters, they have a speeder which has been retrofitted with a blaster turret and a speeder bike, and miscelanious things that your average mercenary/pirate would want to get his or her hands on.

I like the map style, very good "naked future" feeling, almost clinical.

Actually, that's more a side-effect of my having a slow PC than anything. It was chugging down when I added the cliff sides. Adding the water and the spray more or less killed it. I was tired of waiting 25-40 seconds for an object to move from it's initial position when I moved it, let alone not being able to see where I placed it.
Plus, I haven't got all the good old furniture and stuff I used to have... Oooh, I wonder if those Elven Tables are still floating around.
Those made good "high class star wars" stuff.

You're welcome.
Those elven tables somewhere I've seen (Yoda-speak)
But I like that naked map style, my vision of future maps, although I don't
play much future right now, so I make no maps for it, but we've got the
Serenity RPG now, so I will probably start t make some future stuff soon.
Sorry for the loong sentence.... ;-)

No, they were wooden tables with inlay designs... There was a lot of other cool furniture with them.
As you may be able to see, I've already used the blue glass tables in that image. :)

There are several different styles of Elven tables.
Which ones are you thinking of?
